Maggie Redman grew up in Point Pleasant, NJ. She has been a New Jersey resident her entire life, except for countless time spent traveling up and down the East Coast to horse shows. She began riding Western at a young age, then quickly made a change to English. After her parents purchased her first pony for her at ten years of age, Maggie was hooked. While Maggie has a broad range of experience from young horses to retirees, her passions have always been the hunters, the jumpers, and developing young horses. Maggie enjoyed producing her horse, Recherche, from a young, green horse to a seasoned hunter traveling and showing on the A circuit. At seventeen, Maggie started working for The Tack Shelter in Colts Neck, NJ, and traveled with them to horseshows while continuing to compete her own horse. After retiring her horse in 2018, Maggie procured a fulll time management position with Beacon Hill Show Stables where she continued working at the top level of the sport, overseeing all aspects of the horses' daily routines, assisting veterinarians and blacksmiths, and ensuring all horses were in peak performance. After a short hiatus from the horse industry, Maggie became a welcome addition to the New Jersey Equine Clinic team in June of 2020.
